The assessment involved identifying highly vulnerable villages, conducting participatory rural appraisals (PRA), and collecting quantitative and qualitative data through FGDs, KIIs, mapping exercises, and household surveys. The team analyzed climate risks, livelihood impacts, and adaptive capacity using advanced statistical tools (STATA/R/Python) and GIS platforms (ArcGIS/QGIS). Outputs included region-specific reports, policy briefs, and a validated synthesis report, presented through local and national stakeholder workshops. |
