The goal is to ensure fair compensation, livelihood restoration, and smooth implementation of resettlement in line with government policies and safeguard principles. |

A total of 10800 trainees (including a 20% dropouts) were selected through an online aptitude test and trained in 600 batches. The training program featured 45 hours of hands-on instruction per batch, delivered by 172 trainers, supported by structured communication campaigns, stakeholder engagement, mentoring through the SRSOF platform, and regular reporting to the client. The project aimed to build 21st-century digital skills among students, fostering innovation, problem-solving, and professional development in line with the national agenda for ICT-integrated education. |
